Using stone on the interior of your home is a great way to add visual interest, weight to a space, texture and color.
Fireplaces are the traditional place for stone, but we have used stone on the interior in a few different ways to add personality to your home
This installation centers a fireplace between to pillars that encapsulate bookshelves. It ties in nicely to the beautiful trim work around the windows.
This space uses shape in a way not normally seen, as the fireplace is rounded and tapered to create a very custom look in this lower level family room.
This fireplace actually flips the traditional method of installing stone around the firebox, and instead highlights the floating shelves on either side.
Another installation method is on the back of kitchen islands. This is also a very functional use of the stone as it can help protect against scuff marks from shoes while sitting nearby.
Or use as a backsplash for a wet bar…
This installation of interior stone around a tub with a view is one of our favorites.
Let our team of in-house designers help you create the custom home of your dreams.
